This question invites participants to think of a positive attribute they can bring to a project. It carries some risk as some people may be hesitant to talk about their strengths and some may wonder whether others will agree with them. A clear benefit when sharing these responses is that they can build a sense of respect for group contributions, experience and accomplishment. Weigh the potential risks and benefits when considering this question.
