Ask "What
types of power do we need at this event to support our purpose and objectives?
Who could bring these types of power to this initiative?"
Ask
your client or planning committee this question when you're thinking
about who should be invited to a stakeholder planning event. Processes
happen in a context, and that context includes people with the capacity
to use power positively to support projected outcomes.
