Ask "We have just spent two days discussing how our company acts on its corporate social responsibility in this community. If you were in charge of this organization, what is the first thing you would do to act on the results of this session?” Prompt: “How can we support this coming about if we are not in charge?"
Use
this question when you want to close a meeting by focusing on accountability
for follow-through, and how to enable next steps to happen in a timely
fashion.
