Ask "How much healthy tension do you think is attached to the implementation of our work?" And then prompt with, "How much unhealthy tension do we need to consider? How can we take this into consideration during next steps?"

This question is for a case study on knowledge translation: a form of action that focuses on closing the gap between what we know on the basis of research and experience in an area and what we do to apply that knowledge.
