Ask
"What is our Achilles heel on this project?"

First explain what “Achilles heel” refers to, i.e., a deadly weakness that can cripple a project in spite or other strong aspects or overall strength. Achilles died as the result of an arrow shot into his heel which injured his Achilles tendon, the strongest and largest tendon in the body. This question can be very helpful in operational planning as it helps participants focus on upstream prevention.
