"What is one thing that stood out for you
during today's session?"

This question works well because it is personalized to every individual in the session and there is no right answer. Responses can tell you a lot about both the participants and the impact of the session on them and their organizations. If this question is asked part way through a session it can help facilitators finalize their plans for the second part.
